By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
Payment is taken at the point of ordering via our secure payment provider. We accept major debit and credit cards. Your payment details are processed securely and are not stored by EVERYMAN.
Orders can be fulfilled by either home delivery or collection from a local collection point, as selected at checkout.
Delivery
Where delivery is selected, orders are typically dispatched twice a week. Some products in our shop are printed on demand and do not display a stock count – for these items, please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch before your order is shipped. Delivery costs and available methods are shown at checkout at the time of ordering.
Collection
Where collection is selected, your chosen collection point and contact details will be shown in your order confirmation email. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the collection point directly to arrange a mutually convenient collection time.
Collection points are operated by members of the EVERYMAN management team and are located in the Manchester, Wigan and Merseyside areas. Temporary collection points are also available at selected gigs via our Official Merchandise stand.
We ask that collection is arranged within 14 days of your order confirmation. If collection has not been arranged within a reasonable period we will contact you to agree next steps. If collection cannot be arranged, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Not happy with your purchase? No problem. Contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number, and we will arrange a refund or exchange with no fuss. Items must be returned in their original condition. You can drop them at one of our collection points or arrange a return online at everymanband.co.uk.
Faulty items
If your item develops a fault, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Depending on the nature of the fault and when it comes to light, the remedy available to you may be a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Please get in touch with your order number and we will advise on the right next step.
Cancellations
For most online orders, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please note that personalised or custom items may be exempt from this right. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, contact us and we will let you know.

On occasion EVERYMAN will sell event tickets or festival wristbands directly through this website, providing local collection points for fan convenience. In the event that an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, we will make every effort to recover funds from the organiser and pass a full refund on to you as quickly as possible. We are not liable for any losses beyond the face value of the item purchased.
